About
Since 2012, our goal has been to provide encouragement and guidance to those interested in pursuing a STEM degree, while fostering a friendly and social environment at UCLA.

Our Mission
Our organization serves all departments in the physical sciences division, including physics, astrophysics, earth planetary and space sciences, chemistry, statistics, atmospheric and oceanic science, and math. Our undergraduate board comes from a wide range of STEM majors on campus! Together we make W+PS!
Our board plans the events that would be most beneficial, and gets all the logistical planning and outreaching done. We also make sure to provide food at all our events!
We hope to help people of all genders in physical sciences with social and career development. We know there are obstacles specific to women+ in the physical sciences. We acknowledge those obstacles and explore solutions.
